Descriptions shown in brochures, advertisements, and by way of sample are correct at the time of publishing, errors and omissions excepted. They are liable to alteration without notice.

We may revise prices without notice. Prices will be those ruling at the time of dispatch. Any invoice query should be made in writing within 10 days of the date of invoice.

We cannot accept liability for delay in dispatch or delivery as we are at the mercy of the postal service and the supply chain.

Orders for goods may only be cancelled with the agreement of the director of Adlard Ltd.

Postage within UK: 85p must be paid on all orders of small items under the value of 23 GBP.
International: 2.50GBP for string orders under 40GBP, free on orders over 40GBP. Larger items are charged at cost. For strings to be send in a tube the cost is 1.20 GBP for orders under 40 GBP in value

Shortage of goods or damage must be notified by telephone or Email within 3 days, and confirmation in writing within seven days of delivery, or no claim can be accepted. Delivery of obviously damaged goods should be refused. Notifications should give delivery note/reference number, a list of quantities and types of products damaged, and details of the damage/fault. Damaged goods must be returned for inspection prior to re-delivery.

Liability cannot be accepted for goods if notification is not received within 10 days of the date of invoice/payment notification. This means in the event of items being lost in the post, if you have not received goods within 10 days and make no enquiry Adlard Ltd is not liable for replacing the order. If goods have not been dispatched, Adlard Ltd will make every effort to do so upon notification.

No liability is accepted for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever, however caused.

Acceptance of goods implies acceptance of these conditions. These conditions may not be varied without the written consent of the director/owner of Adlard Ltd.

Under certain circumstances we may cancel the order without notice or compensation. Such circumstances would include inability to obtain products/materials, labour and supplies, strikes, lockouts and other forms of industrial action or dispute, fire, flood, drought, weather conditions, war, civil disturbance, act of God, or any other cause beyond our control making it impossible for us to fulfil our contract.

Simplystrings.com do not manufacture strings. If a customer believes a string is faulty notice must be given within 10 days made in writing. The string must be returned to simply strings.com and it will then be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. If the manufacturer does not replace the string, simply strings.com is under no obligation to do so.
