Dispatch Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders received before 4p.m. are usually dispatched that day.
If, for any reason we are unable to do so we advise you by e-mail stating the reason and/or the expected dispatch date.
In the event of not hearing from you we will dispatch at the earliest possible date.
Small items (Under 2 Kg) are usually sent by 1st Class Post or Airmail if applicable)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Services are also available on request.
Heavier items Instruments, cases etc are sent either standard mail for 6.50 or courier for 9.00
Please note, a signature is required for this service. In the event of unavailability of signature, a card will be left.
Goods will be held at depot 5 days, after which they will be returned to Simplystirngs.com.
Shipping Costs
Small Items are dispatched for 85 pence for orders under £23.00.
Heavier Items £6.50 for standard delivery, £9.00 for courier service.
We reserve the right to add a carriage supplement on certain heavy or bulky items but where applicable, this will be shown on the shopping cart pages.
Delivery/Returns
Please check your good carefully and contact immediately if anything is amiss.
In event of any item being out of stock, this will be marked ?To Follow?, and an expected dispatch date supplied.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way whatsoever, please return them to us within 7 days, unused, in their original condition and wrapping for full refund.
Return carriage will also be refunded for faulty or wrongly supplied items.
Please include name and order or invoice number on all correspondence.
We pride ourselves on our fast, efficient service. If, however we do make a mistake, please contact us and we will immediately forward correct items.
